terms of service

by commissioning me, you will agree to the following:

  • altering my artwork/removing my watermark/plagiarism (which includes the use of generative AI is strictly prohibited.

  • all payment to be transferred via paypal in USD

  • payment must be made upfront before i start on the piece.

  • art is for personal use only unless agreed upon. for commercial use, discussion is to be made in DMs.

  • after the completion of the sketch stage, no refunds will be made.

  • when shown WIPs, you will be given the chance maximum 3 times to tell me to change anything until i start charging you for a fee.

  • I AM PRIMARILY A FURRY ARTIST. human art commissions are guaranteed a longer turnaround time.

  • please make sure to be as specific as possible when commissioning and preferably state how much artistic freedom i am allowed to have beforehand.

  • provide a CLEAR, unshaded reference sheet for the commission. i will not be designing a character for an illustrated piece.

  • i am allowed to decline a commission regardless of reasoning.

  • let me know beforehand if a commissioned piece is to be kept private. by default, i have the right to post the piece on my social media/personal portfolio

art status

  • commissions: CLOSED for now

  • art trades are open to mutuals but very occasionally, i also tend to be more experimental in terms of that. feel free to ask if we regularly interact!

  • i also sometimes use blender for concept art and 3D modelling in my free time, although still amateurish!

general boundaries

  • only DM me if we are pre-established friends/mutuals, or for business enquiries. i would prefer to keep my social life separate from the internet as much as possible, sorry!

  • keep in mind of basic DNI criteria. i expect that none of my following is bigoted or into illegal material. etc.

art usage/reposting

  • personal use of fanart for headers, icons, etc: ✔️

  • use of art of my personal ocs/projects for the above: ❌

  • use of my commissioned art made for the client: ✔️

  • always be sure to credit me for my works, it is greatly appreciated!

fanart permissions/boundaries

  • oc fanart is generally very welcome and i love seeing what people can come up with :-)

  • i draw the line at NSFW and suggestive stuff, especially of my main ocs and my sona (Volt-77), regardless of how close we are.

  • ship art is also very iffy, and especially discouraged if with characters that are not mine. some of my ocs are coupled with each other and have their own respective sexualities, please be mindful of that.

  • excessive fanart, while i do appreciate, can become iffy as well (although not to be taken as a bad thing). please keep in mind that i will not know how to respond lol.

  • drawing speculative takes of my ocs are always super cool! i love to see how far people can stretch their creativity, hell you might even give me ideas.

  • taking inspiration from my ocs and art is appreciated! i am totally cool with that and i do not care.
